i think d idea of taking 1 bottle of cultured drink before hitting d sack works for me. plus i take at least 3 cups of green tea(hot preferably) daily. n lots of plain water. cold water hanya bila rase craving sgt2. i take tea or coffee for breakfast or tea time. before solat maghrib i usually take nestle omega milk plus anlene choc plus oat. after this nak try fiber based food or drink. aku minum sume ni untuk ape???
